Time for refreshment

Anna and I are back from Manly and now taking two weeks off sand trainings to refresh for the international season ahead.
I really enjoyed all that Manly had to offer. The training with the girls from Germany and America, the coaching from Kerri and Craig, the Kiwi community there and the lifestyle and attitude of the people that live there. It was like a little slice of NZ in a dry land with all the Kiwi's about :) Although Manly didnt exactly turn on the weather for us, it was extremely humid and never cold, but then neither was NZ at that time!! It amazes me each year how Wellington manages to turn the sun on for the 7's weekend.
We will be leaving NZ at the end of March, start of April bound for USA, then Brazil before zipping back home with enough lay over to clean our clothes and then on to China, Italy, Korea and then back home. That gets us about half way through the season and then we are off again for another two and a half months in Europe.
Its an exciting year ahead with some big goals to aim for.

Anna and I arrange all our accommodation, meetings with sponsors and potential sponsors, we have a fantastic travel agent who we book all our flights through, supportive family, friends and sponsors but no manager. We I have previously had someone who assumed an advising role, not a manager who had to remove himself from this role because of a career move. We have also previously had another person work with us as a manager but for more than three quarters of our time together as a team we have worked by ourselves with no manager and currently do not have one.
Thanks for the correction
So what are your and Scarlett
